With the cost of living increasing, we understand money can be an additional stress during menopause. That’s why we offer a range of different appointment lengths and prices so you can get the care you need within your budget. We also provide Medicare rebates for appointments with a valid Medicare card, saving you some more money. Win-win.
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict cancellation policy at Hermona Health. This is to ensure everyone gets an appointment when they need one.
We know life can get busy, so we try to be as fair as possible, but to give our outstanding level of care, we need to make sure appointments run on time as scheduled. We always send an SMS reminder 72 hours before your appointment to allow you to reschedule if required.
If you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so someone else can take your booking. Failure to inform us of cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in you paying 100% of the original fee. We also request that you cancel via your booking on HotDoc for ease.
No-show appointments will result in paying 100% of the original appointment fee.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, you are more than welcome to reschedule. Additionally, if you are too unwell to come to your appointment in-clinic, please let us know, and we can convert it to telehealth if you wish.
